On May 17, 2021 at only 2 days old, Zephaniah was taken from his mother unnecessarily by the Kentucky Child Protection System (CPS). Zephaniah's mother was misjudged and assaulted by law enforcement for simply defending her right to experience motherhood. Ms. Sellers has not neglected her newborn but yet she is forced to face another day without her child in her custody. This is NOT right. This is NOT justice. Latest Update on Operation: Bring Zephaniah Home (July 19, 2021)

On July 9, 2021, CPS filed an amended petition alleging NEW grounds for the removal of Zephaniah in May 19, 2021. This proves Kentucky CPS knows their initial petition was not sufficient when it was filed on May 19. The amended petition contains more lies and fabrications in an attempt by Kentucky CPS to cover up this injustice. On July 12, 2021 Judge Stein refused to hear Ms. Sellers motion for the reconsideration of the dismissal of the petition granting CPS custody of Zephaniah. Judge Stein stated that she was not prepared to hear Ms. Sellers motion. A new attorney represented the CPS worker in court on July 16 and a new GAL was also appointed to the case on this date. The case was set for a case management conference on July 16, 2021 in attempt to give the parties the opportunity to come to a resolution without a trial. Ms. Sellers was denied entry to this conference and a resolution was not agreed upon. Kentucky CPS made the decision to take this case to trial and ignore the truth. The adjudication hearing is set for August 13, 2021. Keep Ms. Sellers and Zephaniah in your prayers as they push forward in their pursuit of JUSTICE.

It is time to go inside the courtroom of Judge Libby Messer, the Fayette County Family Court Judge in Lexington, Kentucky who overruled Ms. Sellers motion to dismiss the petition that continues to separate this newborn baby from his mother. Judge Messer RECUSED herself due to a potential bias that should have been disclosed from the beginning. Judge Kathy Stein is the newly appointed Judge and she has been suspended for judicial misconduct for 'jumping to gun" and not giving a mother the opportunity to heard in court. Kentucky transfer Ms. Sellers juvenile case to Jessamine County ASAP.

After being misjudged for her past, Ms. Beasley's two small children were ripped from her care by CPS. Ms. Beasley worked tirelessly to create the life her children deserved and the people around Ms. Beasley saw the great mother she had become. Everyone but CPS! On April 20, 2021 without any prior notice given to the family by the Social Worker, the Social Worker picked both children up from daycare and took them into custody. The Social Worker stated "addicts don't change" before fabricating the petition that took these children away from their loving family. "The Legalized Kidnapping of Black Babies through CPS”

I am a Pregnant, breastfeeding, Mama who went to the hospital with the intention to get my sun, Amen’Ra, some fluids while transitioning from extended breastfeeding to being bottle-fed. On March 11th, our sun Amen’Ra was forcefully and legally kidnapped from us by CPS, who claim we refused a B12 shot that was a matter of life and death, which is an absolute lie. We never refused a B12 shot, and at no point was he on the verge of death. Our Sun has since been placed with a white foster family without interviewing qualified relatives or friends of our family for placement while they investigate. We are given limited information and presently only have weekly zoom visitation for an hour with our sun, with no court order stating these visitation limitations.

Operation Stop CPS was founded by two seasoned pros in the field of Child Protection. While working on the frontlines protecting children from abuse and neglect, they simultaneously worked to protect families from the oppressive Child Protection System.

The Blinders were removed and they both saw the problem: The misunderstood and unchecked power of the Child Protection System that makes parents and caretakers fearful that their children will be taken away causing them to comply and consent to unlawful and oppressive laws and policies.

Operation STOP CPS's goal is to educate society on the Child Protection System to unmask the systematic oppression that has continued to wreak havoc on the Lives of Families.

Hi Family, we’re Amanda and Tafarrah and we are passionate about Child Protection and Family Protection. We know the Child Protection System is oppressive and we are determined to demand change.

Over the last decade we’ve followed the policies created and implemented with the intent to ensure child safety. Home visits, school visits, background checks, requesting records and so MUCH MORE.

We know what Social Workers are trained to do after a report of abuse and/or neglect is received on your family and we are giving all our knowledge to you.

Families of Color, Families in Crisis, and Families in Poverty are negatively impacted by CPS at a much higher rate. Oppression is deeply rooted in the policies created to Over Police Families.
